Ingredients Crumble 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup large flake oats 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter , cut into cubes Apple Filling 6 large apples , I recommend Granny Smith 3 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons water 1/3 cup white sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Instructions Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Grease a 2-quart baking dish. INGREDIENTS 2 3/4 cups (358g) all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup (224g) unsalted butter, room temperature 1 cup + 2 tbsp (233g) granulated sugar 2 tbsp (28g) light brown sugar 1 large egg 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup sugar (additional for rolling) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Ingredients: 1/3 cup, plus 1 tablespoon (90gr) unsalted butter, softened 6 teaspoons light brown sugar 3 peaches 1 ½ cups (190gr) all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt 2/3 cup (130gr) sugar 1 large egg 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract ½ cup (120ml) buttermilk Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°F (177° C). Spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Divide 1 tablespoon of butter equally into 12 muffin cups. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of brown sugar into each muffin cup. Slice 1-2 peaches into thin slices.
